A Viennese/Victor Buono film.
Victor had, apparently, hit on hard times and accepted a role as Otto, a village Butcher. Somewhere along the line he strangles a woman and, in a panic to get rid of the body, runs her through his meat grinder. Viola! Now his customers have a tasty new treat to enjoy!
The problem is that they like it TOO much and now he has to go on the prowl for fresh, shall we say, product. Eventually, the police connect the saugage dots, so to speak, and go after Otto. Just desserts being what they are, Otto becomes a victim of his own meat grinder and the last shot of the movie demonstrates what Otto has now been made into.
